Shipping & ReturnsReturn Policy All products may be returned to Juan Carlos Productions for any reason but must be returned within 2 weeks of purchase. CDs must be unopened for return. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returned items, unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt. If the product is defective or damaged, we will gladly pay return shipping costs for return or exchange. If you find the item you’ve ordered is defective or damaged, please contact us at info@juancarlosproductions.com for a pre-paid shipping label. Credit for returns will be issued through the original Paypal account used to purchase the item.
